Town Pond/Walking Trail
Thomaston is host to a half-mile walking trail that winds around the Thomaston Town Pond. The trail is handicapped accessible with parking adjacent to the west side of the pond. There are also multiple picnic tables and benches placed around the trail for resting. Please note that no vehicles of any kind are allowed on the walking trail. The trail is for walkers/joggers only.
The town pond is stocked with bass and bream and fishing is allowed as long as the fishermen are not blocking the walking trail in any way. No fishing is allowed from either the bridge at the north end of the pond, or the dam on the south end of the pond.

The Thomaston tennis courts are also adjacent to the pond/trail and are free for public recreational use.
